Don’t worry. Orders are sometimes delivered in several packages. Please first check the tracking information from your shipping email to see whether another package is still on its way.
If all packages have arrived and parts are still missing, please contact us by hotline, email, contact form, or WhatsApp. To help us process your request quickly, please have your order number, tracking number(s), and a brief list of the missing parts ready. A photo of the parcel label is also very helpful.
We usually respond within 24–48 hours.

- Check the tracking (tracking from the shipping email).
- Multiple package delivery? See if multiple packages were announced and if one is still in transit.
- Staggered delivery: Parcel services often deliver partial shipments on different days.
Tip for furniture/beds:
For some models, small parts (assembly materials, strips) are located in the headboard or in separate inner compartments. Please check packaging & inner compartments thoroughly.

- Photo(s) of the parcel label and if possible, of the contents/box
More information = faster resolution. A photo of the box label (with barcode) helps enormously.
What happens next
- We check your case and get back to you promptly with a solution.
- Depending on the result, we will arrange e.g. reshipment, delivery of replacement parts, or clarify any open points directly with you.
- If there are any further questions, we will contact you via your preferred channel (phone, email, WhatsApp).
