Which products or categories does my promotional code apply to?
That depends on the specific promotion. Some promotional codes only apply to certain product categories (e.g. garden, furniture, storage), others apply to everything. Can promotional codes be used on reduced items?
Yes. Our promotional and voucher codes are generally also applicable to already reduced items. If a promotion is not combinable, this will be stated clearly.
Can promotional codes be applied to shipping costs?
No. Promotional codes only apply to the value of the goods. They do not apply to shipping costs.
Can I pass a voucher on to friends or family?
In most cases, yes. General promotional codes, for example from our homepage or newsletter, are usually not restricted to a specific person and can be shared.
What happens to my promotional code if I return an item?
In the case of a return, we refund you the amount you actually paid (i.e. after deduction of the voucher). The used promotional code is considered redeemed and expires – it is not automatically reissued.
Will I receive the promotional code discount as a refund?
No. You will only receive a refund of the amount you actually paid.
The discount amount itself is not paid out separately and is not automatically reactivated.
