Would you like to cancel your order? No problem. If your order has not yet been shipped, cancellation is usually possible and can often be processed within a short time.
This article explains how to request a cancellation and what options are available if the order has already been dispatched.
How to cancel your order

Find your order number
You can find it in your order confirmation (email). -
Get in touch
- Phone: Ideal if the order has just been placed.
- In writing: Email, contact form or WhatsApp (especially useful outside of phone hours).
- Chat: The fastest way and available 24/7.

Briefly explain that you want to cancel
- Write “Please cancel order number xxx”.
- Optional: A short reason (helps us with processing).
Order already shipped
- Already handed over/on the way? Then cancellation is no longer possible.
- Tip: Refuse acceptance. The parcel will automatically be returned to us. Please also inform us.
- Refund: As soon as the return is recorded with us, we will refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Practical notes
- Time is crucial: The sooner you get in touch, the higher the chance of a cancellation.
- Feedback: We will confirm whether the cancellation was successful or if the shipment is already too far along.
- Weekends/public holidays: Written cancellation requests will be prioritised on the next working day.
- Withdrawal as an alternative: If the delivery has already been made, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal (return according to the return instructions).
