When We Are Available for You
Our colleagues are available for you during the following service hours:
- Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 20:00
- Sat: 09:00 – 18:00
All other channels (e-mail, form, WhatsApp, social media, self-service) are available to you at any time – we will get back to you as soon as possible.
On public holidays, times may vary. Please note that we are based in Lower Saxony. The federal state with the fewest public holidays – good, isn’t it?
Response Times
As a rule, you will hear from us within 24–48 hours. Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will inform you.
